Hey Valerie, thanks so much for your long newsletter. At so many points I could see myself and why we failed with our web3 startup Fanzone. At least I could learn a lot during my 2,5 years run. Before launching a startup it helps a lot to have your thoughts/summary as a blueprint. Fingers crossed that you'll get plenty subscribers that you can guide & inspire.

I would definitely say that choosing the right co-founder(s) is my biggest learning.
With any future endeavours I will put a large focus on that first.
Founding a company is like marrying someone - but you will even spend more time with your business partner.
